What is covered under an AMC plan? +

AMC plans include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority helpdesk support, hardware fault diagnosis, OS and software troubleshooting, and remote support. Parts and consumables are billed separately.

How quickly will an engineer arrive on-site? +

For AMC clients we guarantee a 4-hour on-site response time within Chennai. For non-AMC clients, response is typically within 24 hours subject to availability.

Do you service all computer brands? +

Yes. We service all major brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Apple and custom-built systems for both desktops and laptops.

Is my data safe during a repair? +

All client data is treated as strictly confidential. We recommend backing up data before any repair, and we can assist with this as part of the process.
